Abstract: Due to other country's competition as well as its cost increase and negative export policy, Chinese price is higher than international market price in recent years. The quantity is reducing and the strength is dropping. This paper reviews Chinese talc, look into the future trend, and present proposal to modify its policy to encourage the export.
